After fifteen years in major international FMCG and retail groups (Casino, P&G, Bel, Lactalis), Vincent Treluyer made a decision: relocate to Vietnam, with his family, to immerse them in the dynamism of Asia and build something of his own.
After nearly a decade in senior leadership roles within Asian FMCG groups, where he gained firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges facing international companies in Vietnam, Vincent founded Provigood. His vision was clear: to combine the rigor and best practices of multinational corporations with the agility, extensive network, and local expertise of a Ho Chi Minh City–based partner, delivering excellence with speed and flexibility.
Since 2018, Provigood has supported international corporations, SMEs, and family-owned businesses with their projects in, from and to Vietnam. Three pillars of activity have emerged: strategic consulting and business development, Provigoodpeople (executive search and corporate training), and distribution of innovative, sustainable products. Vincent Treluyer is the founder and CEO of Provigood. Originally from Brittany, France, he holds a 25-year career in strategy, business development, and food, beverage and FMCG industries, including more than 20 years in Asia (Taiwan, China, Vietnam). His leadership track record includes senior positions at Casino Group (5 years), Procter & Gamble (7 years), Bel Group (2 years), New Viet Dairy (3 years), and Lactalis (5 years).
Vincent's journey took him from Auvergne and Lyon to Ho Chi Minh City in 2009, driven by a desire to establish a business and immerse his family in Vietnamese culture. In 2018, he founded Provigood, a consulting and trading company assisting firms in food, beverage and consumer goods sectors with their ventures in Vietnam.
Beyond his professional life, Vincent is the drummer of the rock band Mekong Monkey Soup. His passion for gastronomy is evident in his role as Deputy Secretary of the Disciples of Escoffier in Vietnam, an organization dedicated to preserving and passing on culinary expertise. Additionally, Vincent founded La Dalat Saigon club, celebrating classic cars and the joy of the journey.
