We operate the website provigood.com (the "Website") and provide consulting, training, executive search, and distribution services in the food, beverage, FMCG, and hospitality sectors.

Provigood is based in Vietnam. Depending on the service used, your data may be transferred to and processed in:

• France and the European Economic Area (Gandi servers, GDPR jurisdiction)

For all international transfers outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, on Adequacy Decisions where applicable, or on equivalent safeguards under GDPR Article 46.
